A section of US Highway 287 in the vicinity of Sweetwater Station Junction follows the route of the California, Oregon, and Mormon Trails, an area now known as the Heritage Corridor. At one state-maintained vantage points, we pulled off the road to view the landscape, stretch our legs, and allow our doggy pal to take care of necessary business. The photos shown here are from that stop.
