Favorite thing: its a link...this place is a big square full of small buses stops that run to other neighbourhood and municipalities outside Capital (as locals known Buenos Aires city), places like Quilmes.. Avellaneda, Florencio Varela.... place at all touristic but absolutelly different to yhe capital ...Also it contains the main train station to the north and a omnibus main station ...buses run to every place in Argentina from here
you can get there using the subte line C ..be careful at evening because this isnt a suggestive place to walk

    The Brazilian Embassy

    The Brazilian Embassy

Favorite thing: With a marvelous mansard roof, people say that this embassy is a nice copy of the Jacquemart-Andre Museum on Boulevard Haussmann in Paris. It was built in the 1920's by the Peredas, one of several Argentine families who visited Europe and made copies of the buildings they liked most when they returned.
Regrettably, the Brazilian ambassador's residence is only open to the public for tours on rare occasions.-

    The French Embassy

Favorite thing: It is located just oppositte the Brazilian Embassy. It was set to be bulldozed in the 1970's under the military junta, to expand the Avenida 9 de Julio. Residents complained bitterly. President Valery Giscard d'Estaing of France agreed, stood up to the generals, and said his diplomats would not move
