One of the best breakfasts I ever had.
Everything is homemade and delicious.
There are no chairs. Only large sofas . Is great because the thing about this place is that you go there to have breakfast and you can sit in this large sofas, read the newspaper, maybe study or work and you can stay as long as you want and nobody will bother you. Is like being at home.
The drinks are great too.
the only thing I would complain about is the attention. the food takes a while.

Favorite Dish: homemade toast with home made marmalade.

This restaurant-pub is simply great. It has that Buenos Aires feeling, but made international. It's like being at the "Friends" coffee shop, but with great food, good drinks and (sometimes) prettier people. It's not very touristic, but it's really worth the visit.

Favorite Dish: I had a steak with salads. Great. There's also the daily menu, which sounds quite incredible. Do try the pate, which is quite tasty.

The only thing that makes this place special is the crowd of people that hang out there. This is like a Starbuck's cafe in the U.S. where people plop themselves down and study, or lounge and chat with friends. Bar 6 even has a magazine and book rack at the front entrance for your reading pleasure. The crowd here is classic Palermo Soho--young and bohemian.

I went at like 4 in the afternoon when most other places aren't even busy and coulnd't even find a table. So I sat at the bar.

With a huge curved Scandinavian ceiling, cement and brick walls, and velvet couches around the main dining area, the amiance makes you expect some good food.

So I looked at the large chalkboard specials at the front of the restaurant and ordered a "salad". It came with eggs and home fries and was awful. I would never recommend it to anyone. The coffee was good, so I'd leave my future visits to fine tuning your relaxation mood during day visits to Palermo Soho and Plaza Palermo Viejo.

Overall, fun crowd, good ambiance, bad food.

Favorite Dish: Nothing, I will never go back for food here.

Bar 6 is a cool spot in Palermo. It's a great looking, funky bar, with fantastic food. The menu is Argentine-based, with meats, pastas, and fish, all of which are great, and the setting is hip, but casual.
