Gitanos: Good place to watch tango in Caminito

If you go to Caminito, bring an empty stomach so you can have lunch at Gitanos. They have live music and dancers performing the tango. Don't be surprised if they ask you to dance with them for a song or two. The food is decent, but eating here or any other restaurant in Caminito is just an excuse to sit and enjoy the show.

There are a couple of worthwhile restaurants that have tango shows. I suggest going there more than once so you can experience a couple of them.

Los Gitanos in La boca by RTL

La Boca is the typical italian district of Buenos aires and also it was one of the bohemian spots of the Tango Fever in the beggining of the last century, so you will find very traditional places where Tango and the Pasta are sacred territory. The place has a big space for dancing, and a wodnerful couple Javier and Graci to show you how the TANGO is performed, and they will also teach you the first steps of Tango.

Graci and Javier has the TANGO in the veins!!!

And the folks of LOS GITANOS has the talent fo provide you the best of the Argentinean Cuisine!

Favorite Dish: The pastas....wow, all kind, they are VERY ITALIAN THERE!!! I can bet that if an italian person goes to the LOS GITANOS, they will think they are in ITALY!

I ate an extraordinary capeletti, four cheese!!!!!
