hi guys - I don't know if self promotion is allowed on here (most people see to do it under the cover of guests and reviewers :P) but we have just started making leather products in argentina. It has taken us well over a year to get to this point - we have tanned our own leathers, made our own metal fitting and have a product which we are really proud of.

The shop is a private appartament in Palermo , attended by its owners. Its very close from the principal hotels and center of town. I felt it special because Henry gave me a very interesting talk about his business and he found for me and my wife excellent jackets in style and quality. Price was excellent comparing with other places in the same quality.I highly recomend this shop.

I heard about this place through some local friends I have in Buenos Aires. They told me about these small shop, run by its owners, that offered great quality jackets for a very reasonable price so I decided to take a look.
The shop is located on a private showroom on the Palermo area (two blocks from the Alto Palermo shopping mall). The owners were really helpfull and friendly and they had a great collection from where to choose.
I'd definitely return to Silvia Eisele if i'm ever in Buenos Aires again.

When I travel I like to go to places where local people go. In those places, I know that I will get better prices and unique experiences. Silvia Eisele Cueros is opening her leather shop located in Palermo (in a private showroom). She offers the best jacket in Buenos Aires for a great price. They have unique designs that show the Buenos Aires style (little of tango, little of europe, lot of latin america).

If you want to get a great leather jacket or some pant, you must visit Silvia Eisele's showroom. Located in Palermo, really close to Santa Fe avenue, you can get the best jacket ever for a great price. Lots of local people buy over there because they trust the owners. The customer service is great, Silvia Eisele is in charge of her own store and she will recommend you the best. I got 2 jacket and I am really happy with them!

Silivia & Mario's is a wonderful place to buy leather goods and cashmere in Downtown Buenos Aires. It is located across the street from the Marriott on Alvear. It is a 2-story shop with the showroom downstairs and the workshop upstairs. Silivia is a beautiful person and her clientele includes such notables as athletes from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and the San Antonio Spurs. Her staff is very helpful and the environment is good for relaxing away from the rush of Avenida Florida.
What to buy: Leather and more leather
What to pay: It depends, but somewhere around 700-800 pesos or USD 200-300. Incredible for the quality and cut. Plus they will custom tailor a jacket for you in the same day.
