This is the Congress Building of Argentina. Its a very beautiful building like many in this great city. There are several plazas with beautiful statues and there is an area where people feed the pigeons and there are street entertainers as well.

The park was right in front of the Congresso building. It would be a nice park if the fountain wasn't gated off and there wasn't tons of homeless people milling about.
