by Capree

did plenty of partying in at Buenos Aires but mainly privat parties at peoples appartments etc. there was a couple of bars I went to one was called Kilkenny in the city centreIts and Irish bar quite expensive (a pint of beer $5 US) which I find ironic considering how cheap alcohol is in the shops. I have never been to a place that lets so many people in as what that place did but in saying that we always managed to have a great time there. If you are looking for english speaking forigners then its probably the best place to go as travelers seem to visit there and it is in the Lonly Planet guide to South America

a great place to hang out, drink and play pool. It is kind of elegant, but fun with a group of people. One interesting point is that there is a beer tap located at every table. Very fun if you drink. nicer

At night you are likely to find couples along streets or inside locals dancing.... but of course: TANGO!!!! The essence of Tango is love, betrayal, and resolution. Perhaps no other dance can be called 'addictive,' 'obsessive' or 'totally sensual', but the Tango can! From the Enramadas (Brothels) of Buenos Aires, to the Ballrooms of the World, the Tango still remains a 'Dance of Passion'. The Countess Melanie de Portales once asked, 'Is one supposed to dance it standing up?''The closest thing you'll find to a vertical expression of a horizontal desire!' --Angela RipponOnce in tango mood, you may never wish to get out of it, because, like Love, Tango can become an obsession. Three major types of music fall under the general family of Argentine Tango: Tango, Milonga and Vals (each with many subsets) The 'Milonga' evolved from several sources, including the Spanish Habanera, and African...

Visist Buenos Aires in sumer time and you'll be sure you'll find real night life there. It's normal to get to a restaurant around midnight or even later. You'll find people on the streets all night long. Esp. Buenos Aires is a city they like to be seen. So people there really take good care of their looks whenever they go out. Even for some shopping. They're well dressed and there's even a smell of soap and parfume inside the most packed subway of the city! They also love to go out, just to be seen.

by daBertl

Nightlife in Argentina is not for sleepy heads. Nobody leaves the house before midnight. you rather have some mate at home with your family and friends. You meet up with people at 2 A.M. and not before 3 A.M. there will be any crowd in a club. BsAs is certainly famous for its nitelife and nice bars and clubs. Check out some bars in San Telmo or Boca, nice bars are also in Recoleta and Palermo. You will have fun and meet a lot of beautiful people. Talk to people regarding the latest cool places to go and again, just be late or you will be first in a place. When the rest of the wrold goes to bed, the argentine goes out!
