Kent Aparthotel, located near Buenos Aires & Montevideo (streets) has rooms for 54 pesos. The rooms are nice, although the beds are extremely soft and if you have a room towards the street, it can get quite noisy as you are in the middle of the student section (which is actually great fun). Also the owner seems to be a real bastard, as I was asked at 9 pm to leave the room to change to one that was almost double the price, without prior notice. I strongly recommend the Nueve Cordoba Hotel, which is about 40 meters away in Calle Buenos Aires. Rooms go for 61 pesos and the beds are heaven....
