We travelled to Jujuy from Salta with Flecha Bus, just one of a number of companies travelling this route. It cost 14 pesos for a single ticket and the journey took just over 2 hours. It´s well worth getting a window ticket for this trip as the scenery is excellent. Also, if possible, try to travel with one of the companies making fewer stops as you'll get there much quicker.
The bus station in Jujuy is in a colourful neighbourhood, a few blocks short of the centre. Cross the bridge, over a dried out river (at least that way during our visit), and head north for a a few blocks until you meet Av Belgrano, the main street.
