Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Despite I was there in summer, the weather is cold; above the glacier, you feel the chill wind. You need a good rainproof coat, cap, scarf and gloves (if you did not take gloves, they give you a pair). Sport trousers, cotton or wool socks, and sunglasses.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Do not forget the sunblock! On a sunny day, the sun can make you look like a tomatoe (remeber you are at the most dangerous place on Earth because of the ozone hole, and besides, the ice reflects the sun). A good sunblock is necessary.
