At these two pedestrian streets (crossing each other) you can ho shopping. What you can find is modern shops, clothings and some souvenir shops (if you want more mate cups). Prices in Rosario are much more cheaper than Buenos Aires in everything, not only in shopping but for taxi, eating etc

This is a pedestrian mall and with the devaluation of the peso everything is affordable. I especially recommend leather goods or clothing.
Typical souvenir type items are the bola and maté cups.
