If you can get there for breakfast, the food is fine. Not something special, just the regular breakfast variety but the coffee is good and it's very reasonably priced.
Dinner is not something I would recommend.
We tried it, as we were too tired to go out, (and we stayed at this hotel) and regret it. If you have to order something (other then coffee) go for the steak sandwich. Not very imaginative, but as I said. you can't go wrong with a steak in Argentina.

You can have seafood as well, but they are more expensive, and I'm not sure it worth it.
During lunch they have a all yiu cat eat buffet for a fixed price. We didn't try it, we went for the big steaks

I had lunch and dinner several times there, so I tasted various dishes; I especially recommend especial de lomo Tante Sara (tender loin sandwich with garnish) and omelette with mushrooms.

El Café de la Esquina es, como se sospecha, un café ubicado en una esquina (frente a "El Nuevo Galeón). Es un lugar pequeño y lindo.

Este es un restaurante pequeño, sencillo, familiar, sin pretenciones, cerca de todo. Los camareros son muy simpáticos.
