arround che statue there are some houses that have the label restaurant written in fron, i picked one and i entered a normal home, an old woman ask us if we want to eat, we said yes, she answered that she didn't have much, no meat, no eggs, just rice and sardinas - so we got that and a bit of mais also, it was good and if i remember correctly it was less than 5 bolivianos
