The best place in Uyuni to enjoy drinks with great music (french one, often !)... and it's the only place, whatever !! Le meilleur endroit (et le seul) d'Uyuni pour boire des coups et ecouter de la pure zique (francaise, bien sur !)... Leave a Comment Theme: Eating and DrinkingAddress: Avenida Potosi, esquina Camacho

Volcan Ollague by richiecdisc Though Bolivia has some spots to spend the evening hours especially in the bigger cities, its true calling card is unabashed nature. With scenery like this, it's best to go to bed early and enjoy what nature provides. by witou When it comes to nightlife nothing like Santa Cruz. Check out the bars, restaurants and clubs in the happening neighborhood of Equipetrol along the Avenida San Martín. Check out my travelogue for more pictures! The night here starts around 20:30 with dinner, then people walk or drive around the main strip, the bars don’t start filling up until 23:30 and the party goes on for the rest of the night. You can find sport bars, technoclubs, live music, karaokes, you name it! People here tend to be dressy do not were shorts or any sport wear. Among the most popular places in Equipetrol are: Bed (club), Automania (club), M@d (club), Candelabro (Restaurant & lounge), Marea (bar & restaurant) and La Roneria (bar), Clasick Rock Café. by warlord Traveling to Bolivia and not going to a pena is like going to Disneyworld and not riding Pirates of the Caribbean! Penas (a Bolivian folkloric dance) can be found all over the country and make for great nightime activities. The most popular are in La Paz and can last until the wee hours of the morning. And don't forget to take into consideration the altitude when drinking! If you can handle six beers at home, you may only be able to handle two at 14,000 feet. Leave a Comment Theme: Other

by the_dutchman We enjoy going to places that show local folklore. This way we can learn a bit more about the people which in turn will make our holiday a bit better. Leave a Comment Theme: Live Music

While in Santa Cruz, I reconmend that you try and hang out at Automania. Cool little club with an auto racing theme. Most of the young people gather there to drink and socialize. Here is the web site www.automania.com.bo
Most people in Bolivia dress nice. The guys are always wearing pants, regardless of how hot it is, the women just dress plain sexy, but very elegant Leave a Comment Theme: Live MusicOther Contact: www.automania.com.bo

La Paz by night by tini58de Once the sun sets in La Paz, the temperature drops dramatically. Instead of going home (often to unheated apartments), many locals seek the warmth of bars and pubs. The nightlife scene in La Paz can hardly compare to New York or even Buenos Aires, but there are some funky places in the heart of the city where you can relax and kick back a few drinks. Note: Most bars are open only from Wednesday through Saturday. Leave a Comment Theme: Other

Although too young to remember I have been told that the night life in Santa Cruz is amazing....Equipetrol (not sure of that spelling) is like the equivalent of the 'Grove'in Miami! :)
Like in most Spanish countries, you will find that most people take great care and value much their appearance. Although, you might fit right in wearing a pair of 'jeans' and a t-shirt the culture is such that you are taught to always go out looking 'your best'....I would rate dress code to be 'casual-dressy'. If going to night clubs or special dinner dates you are bound to find very elegantly dress people. Leave a Comment Theme: Live Music

The best spot in Cochabamba es Calle Espana. You have a whole street full of the best coffee shops and bars in town. Try Metropolis first and go up try all the bars and styles the street offers. You can not miss it, since all the young and interesting people hang out in the area from 8:00 til late nights.
For every taste. You feel free and dress as you wish. Since there is so much variety, you can be yourself and fit where you want and like most. Leave a Comment Theme: ConcertDirections: CALLE ESPANA and Ecuador
