Bolivian food is not my favourite - I found it all very plain. So, you can have the distinction of having eaten at the highest Burger King in the world instead in La Paz. Double Whopper meal - £2.20 - unbeatable
El Carretera, a really cool hotel ... hotel ?! .... yeah you just can sleep there and meet many people from around the world ... you can get the best new information about La Paz, Rurerambaque, hikeing, ...
Leyandas in CopacabanaShe is so friendly and the restaurant (directly to the beach, a little grazy looking house with a nice fairy-garden in front ) has the best vegetarian lasagne I ever eat. Through the window you can watch wonderful sunsets over the lake titicaca. Or take a seat in the garden. - vegetarian lasagne- desinfected vegetable- not only vegetarian- super pancakes- jugos and good breakfast(Coming from Bolivias side with 'bolivian food' for weeks you will find yourselve in paradise... )
Santa Cruz has plenty of great restaurants its is hard to just pick one. If you visit Bolivia, while in Santa Cruz you have to take advantage of all the delicious and diverse choices of food. If you want the region’s typical “Churrasco” (Santa Cruz’s Bar-b-q) you should go to a churrasqueria. My favorite is “La Casa del Camba”, if you want international food try the Chinese and Italian restaurants, they are very good. And if you are an All-American kid who just likes All-American fast food there is plenty of McDonalds, Burger Kings, Subways, etc (mostly in the suburbs).
