From the USA there are several direct flights every day from Miami to Santa Cruz (American Airlines and LAB Bolivian Airlines) and two flights to La Paz. A riverboat pushing a barge in the early morning on the Mamore River. I was on a floating hotel but I imagine these boats also carry people, as well as goods.
