Credit card fraud
Be prepared that it is extremely difficult to get cash on Morro. When we were there there was only one ATM and it did not accept our bank cards, we had to take an hour boat ride to a neighboring island to get cash (which was kinda fun actually). So, because of this we ended up using our credit cards quite a bit (they are widely accepted). We used a card at one of the retaurants and they obviously wrote down the info because 2 months later there was a charge for $600 on my card. Mind you, one could feed 50 people for that amount in this place so it was no mistake. Anyway, it was a drag but my card company was good about refunding the money. SO be careful with your credit cards!
Take your cash before you go
There is one cashpoint (ATM) on the island that is located in the superarket in the town centre. It does not take British debit cards and probably not any foreign ones either, so stack your cash before you get there!
