Shopping Barra is a large shopping mall – located within walking distance from Farol da Barra.
You’ll find everything you need here: Clothes, shoes, souvenirs, books, CD’s/DVD’s… There is also a cinema and many restaurants and bars.
I think this is a great place if you want to buy good quality.
Shopping Barra is open 7 days a week.

This mall was a convenient place for me to stop and check out shopping, Salvador style. It's a modern mall with some interesting Brazilian shops that I had never heard of before. On the whole, the clothing seems to be a very high quality here and prices are a lot better than in the States.
