Very few streets in Ouro Preto are flat and you should take it easy and not rush there, cuase you will just get tired or fall and injure yourself.
But it´s also the hills that gives Ouro Preto most of the good views so there is little to complain about.
Just bring some good footwear and walk slow and you will absolutely love the place and you will get a little fitter too.
