Bombinhas Things to Do

  • Caipirinhas in Quatro Ilhas

Quatro Ilhas is one of the beaches in Bombinhas. Don't worry if you're on foot. It takes a 10-minute walk to go from Bombinhas beach to Quatro Ilhas beach. What's cool about this beach is that the sand is very nice and the sea is quite transparent and warm. There are waves, that's why the east part of the beach belongs to the surfers, but that does...

Bombinhas Restaurants

  • Pizza buffet! For every single taste...

You pay $12.50 reales (about 5 dollars) and you can eat all the pizza you want. The dough is very thin so you might eat around 9 pieces. The toppings are very varied: mushrooms, pepperoni, chicken, cheese, etc. but the big hit are the sweet ones! I have to admit that at first I was kind of reluctant to try them, but }I loved them in the end! The...

  • Seafood

The building itself is not elegant at all but it's very clean, which is the most important thing. The waiters are all very friendly (what I don't know is if they speak Enlgish!).Most of the dishes come with salad and rice (which you MUST eat with just a bit of oil and lemon) so 2 people eat more than enough with one dish. The best choices are...

This is the only problem with this seaside resort, there's only a bar with live music. Very small one! And it only opens from Thurs to Sundays.
Go around 1 o'clock, get a caipirinha, chill out with your friends in the patio and then go in (the size inside is no bigger than your living room!) and dance to the live music. Usually Brazilian or Reggae.

Scuba diving here is a must in southern Brazil.

Nothing compared to Fernando de Noronha or Abrolhos, another two top diving locations in Brazil, but this is one of the best locations in southern Brazil.

Arvoredo Reserve has three main islands, where boats usually head to: Gale Is., Arvoredo Is. and Deserta Is.

Equipment: Equipment is usually available for rent, if you are a beginner.

If you are a more experimented diver, you can bring your own equipment with you and eventually only rent what you did not bring...

Prices go from $2-8 per equipment piece. Day tour usually at about $30, including two divings.
