Placed in a rural area, the restaurant is famous for the home made pasta and italian dishes. It has been awarded as "Best Italian Food Restaurant" by the Veja magazine in 2001 and 2008.
Favorite Dish: My favorite dish is Spaghetti Carbonara. The preparation is absolutely correct, from the crisp bacon bits to the raw egg yolke mixed in the plate just before serving. The best I ever had, so far!

Runned by the Chef and Owner Fernando, the restaurant presents traditional french cuisine with new technologies as such vaccum enveloped and low temperature cooked "Confit de Canard" resulting in a delicate and delicious experience. Located in a former residential house, it's decor is clean, modern and very pleasant. A large window, in the back wall, allows a view of the kitchen.
Favorite Dish: All dish are wonderful but the "Confit de Canard" (duck's leg) togheter with the "Petit Gateau" desert are my favorites.

A quite ecletic menu, with an accent on game and Swiss cusine, the restaurant has been appointed as "The Best Cheese Fondue", by the "Guia 4 Rodas", in 2006, 2007 and 2008. They also presents meat and chocolate fondues as well as fish, poultry and meat. Placed in an former summer cottage, has a very charming ambiance, with stone walls, wood and large glass windows, sourrunded by a beautiful gardem and natural woods, with birds and squirrels.
Favorite Dish: All dish are perfect but the lamb chops and the rabbit are my favorite. Both are wonderfully prepared but the rabitt cames with a pine tree nut puree that is a local specialty and must be tasted.

I thought by its name, the restaurant would be decorated with Brazilian flags and stuff but there was nothing typical inside. The decoration is pretty plain. Our waitress was very courteous (hard to find these days).
Favorite Dish: We had the promotional menu which was "Picanha" with your chosen sauce (vinagrette, butter, garlic and oil or sauce Madeira) served with rice and French fries.

German food? Yes, but people usually go here to taste their pies, cakes, desserts and their famous Apfestrudel (the best in the region).
Favorite Dish: Titisee Eis, which consists of vanilla ice-cream, whipped cream, chocolate mousse, chocolate (caramel or strawberry) sauce and "farofa" (sort of praliné powder). Yummy!
