The MASP (Sao Paulo Museum of Art) has a very good collection of european art. I would say it is quite difficult to find such a big collection of expensive paintings in South America. So if you are Latin American (like me) it is worth your while! The MASP is located in Av. Paulista. You will find Velazquez, Goya, Van Gogh, Modigliani, Degas, etc.

Sao Paulo is mainly known for its business transactions, work ethic, and wonderful eats. However, this large city does have its share of natural and cultural opportunities for visitors.
MASP is the Art Museum of Sao Paulo on Paulista Avenue. Ibirapera Park on the south side of Sao Paulo is where another museum, MAM (Museum of Modern Art), is located. Cantreira Park on the north side is where one can enjoy lovely views of the city and walk in a rain forest environment; this is only open on Sundays. Leave a Comment
