Bus to go everywhere in Brazil

If you want to travel by bus in Brazil you have to go at the bus station : Rodoviaria Tietê. It's very easy to go there by metro.

There are many companies, the most confortable is probably "1001".

    SAO PAULO - RIO 5 hours - 40R$

Rodoviaria Tiete can be a little bit daunting especially for foreigners. I suggest the best way is to buy ticket online. There are plenty of good online services like http://brazilbustravel.com, or brazilbybus.com
