Visit UFPA - Federal University of Pará, considered the most beautiful university of Brazil it is by Guamá River and was constructed during the 60's.
Here is a steel chalet crossing to the other side of the chalet is the river...so the photographer had his back to Guamá River. Guamá River has its waters turbid as most of river from this region.
