    Helisul Taxi Aereo Ltda has flights of the of the area of 10 mins & 30 mins.

    You need to either join in with a group or be a group of 3 or 4. The flight leave when they have 3 people. Cost was $60 for 10 min and $150 for 1/2 hour.

    Brazil offers the best panoramic view from across the river. Time your visit to the park on a sunny morning and you will be treated with a splendid view of rainbow over the falls. The arch of rainbow will follow you throughout the 550m of trail running parallel to the falls. At the end of the walk, you'll come face to face with the Floriano Falls, right next to the survenior shop. It is so close that you can almost streatch out your hand and feel the impact of the powerful gush of water tumbling down from above. Don on your rain coat and head towards the arch of rainbow at the far reach of the catwalk. The sprays of the fall is as good as it is raining. The rainbow gets bigger and more vivid as you get closer to the end of the catwalk. And when you finally reach the end, standing at the edge of the catwalk looking down at the drop of the fall to the river, an almost full-circled blazing rainbow is right below your feet! Hold you breath, squint your eyes and turn your head to the left, in the direction of the breezy sprays and thundering roar, for another overwhelming view of Devil's Throat, a vortex where the river drops 70m!

    great way to go away from it all......the interior of Parana is enchanting and peaceful. lush and fertile pasture...Parana has its fair share of Rain.
    the state feeds the nation with grain and produces the best coffee.
    later the states industrial sector has grown through the hydroelectric potential, provided by the Rivers Parana and Iguacu*

    very interesting old colonial style..one can find troughout the South of Brazil..here in Pomerode, actually in Santa Catarina, but not far to the Border of Parana.here a polish styled House.
    the Immigrants came from all over Europe and settled accordingly to their knowledge in Brasil. and it is also said, some nationalities separeted from each other at will when arriving in Brasil. they had their problems in Europe with each other and did not wanne have them in the new homeland
