This tip is also in the hotel section. The Bar is worth a definite visit. Drinks are relatively expensive (R$18 for a Caipirinha), but not more expensive than at a not-as-nice place in Los Angeles.

It has probably been said a thousand times by now but ... DO NOT have valuable things like laptop computers or even computer bags visible in taxis etc 'cause they will be stolen ... even when you're on the highway (see those two guys on a motorcycle?)!!!

Relaxed and kind of cool smaller beach with a lot of surfers (even though I was there when it was late fall). About two hours drive from Sao Paulo..
