Try this one, if you are lucky (having the moonlight). On full moon take your swimming suit and feel the warmth of the nightly weather and the see.
You just love it!
Dress Code: Swimming suit or, if dark enough, socks only!

While CARNATAL was such an disappointment I wanted to go to the place Chaplin instead to try that out. If you ask the locals about nightlife, Chaplin is probably the place they will recommend. I asked around a lot but Chaplin seems to be the only place around. I therefore asked a taxidriver to take me there. Chaplin turned out to be closed beacuse of CARNATAL. Taxi back to the hotel again and 50 BRL less in the pocket. Nice friday night!
So therefore, sorry...can't tell you much about Chaplin. But I saw enough of the area around it to realise that it is definitely a place that you will take a safe taxi to.

Traditional night house where one can dance, listen and see regional music singers as well as groups of folklore dance. This unforgettable house presents the best of northeast rythym like: frevo, samba e carimbó.

In the main street of Pipa there's lot of pubs where you can go and warm up for the late parties... after 3am everyone goes to some parties at the nightclub or at any hotel, but there's always parties! Often, there's a party where they only dance forró, a brazilian dance which guys and girls dance close...don't worry if you don't know how to dance though...they're always ready to teach!

Chaplin is a four-in-one night-club. In the basement is a regular disco. In the ground floor you'll find two bars, leading in to the first-floor live-music bar. At the second-floor it's samba! This is a great place and filled with stunning Brazileiras.
Dress Code: I wouldn't recommend to casual, but there isn't a strict dress-code on this night-club. My friends actually got in wearing shorts.
