'BATATA FRITA SALAD'/Salpicao: Its kinda hard to explain it, but let me try...Its a chicken 'salad' w/ carriots, raisin, crispy chips, mayonese, corn. Its really good!!!
dessert: Rocambole de doce de leite w/ ice cream. Its kinda of chocolate cake w/ doce de leite. Also really good!

Gula Gula was recommended to us by a friend here in Florida that is from Rio. It's perfect for a tasty lunch.
Great little set up in the Fashion Mall. Tons of plants and pillows to get comfortable amidst. The staff was beautiful, although NOT the most friendly. Food took forever to come out but it was worth it.
Posh 'ladies who lunch'-type atmosphere. Felt like you were in a spa...

I had a really unique minas cheese, eggplant and bean salad that was surprisingly good.
