Fantastic vegan/vegetarian fare with a kilo pricing in Ipamena. It's no frills seitan, gluten or soy protein with a bit of fish thrown in for good measure. Service can be a bit overwhelming (people expect you to already know) and the other new yorkers (some upper westsiders who frequent Ipamena, unfortunately) will sneer at you like they belong there & you dont. Ignore them & their sunburns and go for the fantastic red beans and desserts. Its easy on the budget and the arteries and your taste buds will never know it's good for you.

The buffett has something for everyone. Succulent fish dishes, vegan and vegetarian plates as well as fantasticly fresh salads.
