    Grumari

It´s the last beach of Rio´s shoreline, and it´s also the only one who still untouched by mankind, it keep´s it´s original beauty. In my opinion it´s the best beach in Rio, There no regular bus lines to Grumari, so if you wanto to go there you´ll have to rent a car.

    Praia Vermelha

See this guy on your walk

I walked up the paved path that is just to the left of the beach and found it to be a nice realxing walk shaded by trees. If you look into these trees you will likely see little monkeys crawling around the braches, looking for a handout from the people walking by. It is a relaxing walk and monkeys are always good to see, a nice diversion before or after your Pao de Acucar trip.

Praia Vermelha, just near the Sugar Loaf "Bondinho", it´s worth the visit
