I don't normally eat any red-meat, but Brazil can change all of that in a second. Try any of the country's Churascurria's for the best beef you'll find anywhere. Waiters will circle the restaurant will varieties of beef on skewars for your selection. The prices are reasonable and you will leave absolutely satisfied! A internationnaly known place in Rio, where the Bossa Nova borned...Mythic and pleasant.
But also very tasty...Of course Camaroas, but over all the "Picanha de Venicius....An incredible taty meat cooked by a very original method and one of the best thing I met in Brasil...
And if its full you can go in front, same direction: Garotta de Ipanema...

I'm not quite sure of the names for what I was eating, but for about US$1 I got a plate full of some of the tastiest, spiciest food I've ever eaten. A little restaurant near the harbour, where Yves, the cook make good dishes inspired by mediterranean cooking, he is native from Marseille, so fish soup and "bouillabaisse" are at the menu.
Good french wines...
(Le castellet is a little village near Marseille, on the top of a hill.

A large and wide place, built in 1894, and looking like a new one...A "parisian" place...
Two styles of restaurant, downwards a classical "brasserie", and upstairs a restaurant very cosy...
Of course a little noisy...
On saturday you can eat there the best "Feijoada" of all the Bresil...and drink very fine and cheap wines...
