We booked 1 day excursions with this agency and its manager Jaimie while visiting Punta Arenas as part of our honeymoon cruise and got half of what was agreed. To be more precise, we went for :

    HORSE BACK RIDE:
The price is Usd 75 each one for 2 hours

    LAMB BARBECUE:
The price is Usd 75 each one, show and food included.

Out of all this we finally got only 2 hours horseriding which was really nice and a restaurant style lunch (no barbecue and show). Also, there was no communication between the agency and the Estancia where the activities were organised.

Moreover, the guide called Alejandra who obviously works for Jaimie's agency, was rather impatient and really seemed like she could not be asked to be there with us. Plus, when we complained to Jaimie about the price and the excursions we got, he wasnt very polite and was quite difficult to negotiate with even though he was at the wrong!

Try to avoid booking your tours with Patagoniashorex at any cost, very bad experience promised if you dont!!!

This is the store where I purchased that wooden penguin, they had jackets, hats, socks and other things made of wool here. I think a lot of it was made from Alpacha wool.

The prices seemed to be a little higher in some stores than others, but they all had some great stuff, winter wool hats were only $2 each.
