I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant situated just as you enter the Caleta Higuerillos group of restaurants (on the left).
There was seating indoors and out and separated for smokers and non-smokers.
Favorite Dish: I had a craving for Fish and Chips so I ordered Congrio con papas fritas and I also had a salad of Palta Palmitos. Christian had Chupe de Mariscos.

This little restaurant is located near the edge of the coastal section of ConCon where the restaurants in this area start. It serves only one type of food - Empanadas!
Favorite Dish: Empanadas of course! Offered in many different ways - Shrimp with Parmesan (Camerones), Crab with Parmesan (Jaiba), Abalone with Parmesan (Locos), Machas with Parmesan (Clams) are typical of the area.

This restaurant is really cosy on the main road between Reñaca and Concon. It gets full pretty quickly so it might pay to call and make a booking.
Favorite Dish: The food was really good. I ate "Locos" (Abalone), Machas a la Parmesana (shellfish with parmesan cheese on a half shell) and Corvina fish.

To get to Concon by bus from Santiago you need to take either a Tur Bus or Pullman Bus to Viña del Mar. From Viña del Mar you need to take a local bus that goes to Concon (the buses usually do a loop through Reñaca and then up the back Reñaca-Concon road and then back along the coast on Av Borgoño).

Favorite thing: There is an area on the hill called Montemar where a number of new apartment developments are under construction with a couple finished. The prices of apartments in the area starts at around 2,500 UF (this is a monetary unit that is used in Chile the value of which changes daily according to inflation).
