If you prefer a very exiting experience, Canopy is the activity you are looking for. You have to experiment the sensation of fly suspending on a line, crossing from side to side in the mountain above the rain forest and the river, this is pure adrenaline.

One of the most interesting activities is caving after a walk into the rain forest you can find La Caverna de los Guacharos, one hour hiking from the reserve; the name of the cave comes to a bird from South América, called by the Indians “Pájaro de aceite” (oil bird), because it feeds on palm fruit, which is rich in oil. Caving is a very amazing experience because while you are walking into the cave you can enjoy the marble geology and at the end of this way you need to jump and swim inside the cave.
