The Fort San Felipe is an amazing fort, build around 1639 and completed in 1789. The fort guarded the people of Cartagena from pirates. Great views of the city from the top of the fort. You can take a tour inside, the guides speak english and were very helpful and knowlegable. If you don't like enclosed spaces, don't do the tour, it can get pretty scary down there.
