Los Bosques de Cocora: Trout with a view
by MrRandMcnally
Nestled amongst the Wax palms this plase serves the best trout I have ever had. You can sit out on the porch, start at the mountians and te wax palms and have a great meal. The guys out front will rent you a horse for 2 dollars an hour.
The Baked traout is good but the Trout in a coconut milk and butter sause is unbelievable.
