http://www.leomatiz.org/entrada.htmlI love photography as an art form. The likes of Mapplethorpe, Avedon ,Newton and Brandt come to mind. But here in La Candelaria, Bogota I came across the works of a great South American photographer in this gallery in Bogota. Leo Matiz was born in the same town as Garcia Marquez and is known for his photographs of Frida Kahlo but especially for his iconic photograph titled "The Fisherman ".
