At first our guide had told us that the hike would be about four hours, but finally we needed six hours to complete the walk.
Most of us just brought one bottle of water, so the last hour was pretty thirsty.
Also because of the sun and the cold dry wind.
So it is important to bring plenty of water, as there are no places along the volcano lake were you can buy something to eat or to drink.
