This is the place that we went to to eat Cuy (pronounced COOee). It is a quechua word for guinie pig.
We heard that Chaltura is the place to go to for good cuy so here we are. At la hornilla the place is very clean, great atmosphere. alot of plants everwhere and the service was very good.

Favorite Dish: We i only had one dish here, the cuy served with potatoes boiled and a really good salad. I have to say the cuy was very good. Not gamey like i thought it would be. Definately much better than duck. And it tastes like chicken.
The price was $8 for the plate and it was bid enough to share with my cousin.
