Interested in visiting an authetic indigenous community in Pedro Moncayo?
The community Picalqui is located close to the town Tabacundo (essentially it is located on the other side of the Pan-american Highway, about a mile south of Tabacundo). If you are interested in visiting the village, contact the Ecuadorian NGO Fundacion Bretheren y Unida (contact info below) OR contact me and I will let you know who to talk to in the community (I lived in the community for almost 3 months).
