Follow the same plan that you would for any tropical destination, being mindful of the rain. Take all lightweight clothing, at least one long sleeved shirt for jungle travel. The cheapie throwaway plastic ponchos are a good idea but a LG size plastic trash bag with holes cut out for arms and head works well in a pinch. PLEASE CONTINUE WITH TRAVELOGUES

A: Overland is out as far I as I know. And the only air link that I am aware of is Air Surinam, they did have connecting flights from Cayenne to Belem and Macapa, Brazil....
