We took a flight with Mrs Chan A Sue from Olgo Airport. Fabulous cannot say enough good things. Her and here husband run this trip. Lunch & Drinks are provided (tons of food, made by her and very good tasting) Plus they spend 4 hours and walk with you through the trails, giving you narrative the whole time. Then a wonderful surprise on the way home. (wont spoil it for you)
On the way up they flew us over the Cricket stadium as there was a match being played that day. plus flew us around Guyana showing hi-lights and pointed out many hi-lights on the way to the falls.
The price is given in US dollars $210 but they will take Guyanese Dollar at the current exchange rate. Has to be cash no credit cards which is the norm in Guyana.
They arrange for a taxi to pick you up at your hotel and drop you back off. we stayed at family and they still picked us up and dropped us off.
give them a 100% - wholly recommend to anyone that wishes to go.
the trip was worth every cent. the view was spectacular from every angle. if afraid of heights yes very scary, but don't let it stop you. I am the biggest chicken on the face of the earth and I still did it.

As a group we charter a flight from the airfield at Baganara to Kaieteur. Because of the number of people, two planes were needed. Although this trip was an optional extra, not included in the original package, only three people decided not to do it. The flight is very enjoyable in itself, seeing parts fo Guayana we haven't seen from the ground.
