Luggage and bags: 1reg carry on and a smaller carry on..i was affraid of them loosing my bags
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Pack for a hot day in the mountains . No need to worry about style; unless you want to stand out like a rich american, even though you may not be...I went with t shirts and shorts 1 pair of jeans and slacks, 1 nice shirt tennis shoes and 1 xtra pair of dress shoes. I had my clothes cleaned while i was there.
Photo Equipment: I used a Cannon powershot 400 digital camera... If i had it to do over again i would have brought along a video camera too. The Cannon takes video but for only two or so mins. not enough time to capture what you really want.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Cloth? The less, the better! Asuncion is a REALLY HOT place (literally!!!) I was there in Autumn (?) and a street thermometer registered 38ºC (100ºF) at 6:30 PM!!!! Is not that fever?
I was told that something called "winter" lasts about 3 days... and the temperature is around 5ºC (41ºF)!!!
¿Ropa? ¡Cuanta menos, mejor! Asunción es un lugar REALMENTE CALIENTE (literalmente!!!) Estuve allí en otoño (?) y un termómetro callejero registraba 38ºC a las 18:30!!! ¿Eso no es fiebre?
Me dijeron que algo llamado "invierno" dura alrededor de 3 días ... y la temperatura alcanza los 5ºC!!!
