I don't know if this is a local custom or just done at one restaurant. I can't remember the name of the restaurant but it has an Inca version carving of the Last Supper on the wall. Our meals came with these cute carved animals on them. I took a bite of the white part to try to figure out what it was. The closest I could come to was jicama. It was a lot of fun and the food was good. Maybe someone here knows the name of the restaurant.

The buses are the latest model of Mercedes Benz’s environment protection technology. They are clean physically and ecologically. For some funny reason the bus company has printed a text on the back of every ticket, appealing to the good will of the customer and spend more money on more trips to more side locations for the noble purpose of sustaining the extremely poor communities in the area. What is visible from the train in relation to these communities leads people to think that no matter how many trips the new buses are going to undertake, they as “investors” will never receive any dividends. The simple reason is that they are no investors of any kind but just pitiful bait for unscrupulous state-owned enterprise with the taste for poverty marketing.
