Paddy O'Flahertys: Highest Irish Pub in the World

    by KatyKay23 Written Nov 21, 2014

    3 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

I've been to Paddy's a few times and have had a great time each visit. The bartenders are easy to talk to and it's a great way to meet new people (always travelers coming and going). There is always at least one bartender working who speaks English and one who speaks Spanish. I was looking for a bar that I can go to for a few drinks to sit and relax. Unlike most of the bars in Cusco, you can do that here. It can get pretty crowded at night, even on a Tuesday, but all the same a good time. The happy hour is pretty well rounded, they also have a short hh that lasts from 10:30-11:00. They have sacred valley brewing co. on tap, an IPA and a stout. Fun facts, Paddy's carries my favorite cider, and it's the highest Irish pub in the world...they'll even give you a free poster that says so. Favorite bar so far in Cusco!

  • Paddy O'Flahertys: Irish Pub

by DonegalGirl Written Jun 22, 2007

Paddy O┬┤Flaherty is a let down for Irish pub lovers. The food takes about an hour but cans of Guiness are available which provides a unique taste of home. The atmosphere would have been more enjoyable if it was not for the unfriendly non Irish barman.
