I finally fell victim to the woman standing in the street enticing you into this bar/cafe. I was parched from my unsuccessful ascent to the top of Putukusi, and a cerveza didn't sound half bad.

9 soles ($3) for a 2/3 liter Cuzcoqueno, nice. When walking from the main plaza, walk up hte hill....about half way up, on your right side.

AguasCalientes exists mainly because it is the train and bus stop for Machu Picchu, and it serves the visitors. It is tucked into a small valley along the Vilcabamba River.
