Otuzco Local Customs

Every sunday peasants from the distant comunities located on the hills come down to the town to sell their delicious, fresh, cheap and ecological products. If you are a fan of soups, you can taste one from a large list. I recommended "Chochoca soup"(with flour corn), the best for me. Taste also "Fried Cuy", a native meat so good that will give you the force for climbing the hills around.
