Selvamonos is the only music festival of its kind in Peru.
Each year in the middle of August, it gathers the best bands of Peru from Jazz to Rock and Reggae... a bit like a Woodstock in the Jungle.
It is a unique experience to be in this tropical place with so many people enjoying good music, good food and good atmosphere.
You can camp there and the day after go and visit the nature around with various springs, rain forest trekking...
Oxapampa is a very nice place to stay for a few days at the time of the Festival Selvamonos.
