Local lady working just for tourists

While beeing on the floating island I had a nasty surprise. There was this lady confirming me it was ok I take picture of her. But after that she wanted money for it. Our guide said before we arrived on the island we do not need to give any money for the photos. But who would say no to a lady on the picture? I paid a small amunt and decided not to take any more picture of the local people. That is what it is happening cose of us - tourists.

Looking for tourists

If you consider Venice gondolas a tourist trap, you might find this totota rides the same way. Anyway, they are much much much cheaper (about 2 USD), so why not take a ride in one of these touristy things, it was nice and calm, flotaing on the waters of Titicaca lake...
Rides take about 5 minutes, the time to go from 1 island to another.
