You must go to Barrancos, it is lots of fun, Peruvians know how to have a good time. There are many bars in this trendy area, and young people fill the streets bars and restaurants.
There are several wonderful pubs and places to eat on the main square in Cuzco. Ask around for one that has a local band and the traditional dances.
